Abstrak

This research is to analyze the influence of compensation, job enrichment, and job promotion on employee's performance at Sarana Surakarta Ventura. The hypotheses proposed in this research, namely H1: it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee's performance, H2: it is suspected that there is an effect of job enrichment on employee's performance, H3: it is suspected that there is an effect of job promotion on employee's performance, and H4: it is suspected that compensation, job enrichment, and job promotion simultaneously influence employee's performance. The research method used is quantitative research using observation, interviews and questionnaires, which aims to provide explanations. Survey research is research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main collection tool. Sampling uses a total sampling or census technique, namely a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The research involved 34 employees as respondents, the data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS v26 application.The results of data analysis show that the T value of the compensation variable is 4.217, the job enrichment variable is 2.955 and job promotion is 3.638. Meanwhile, the ttable value is 2.042. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that compensation, job enrichment, and job promotion partially and simultaneously influence the employee's performance of Sarana Surakarta Ventura.
